I started out selling insulation jobs for another company, and I got tired of watching attics get oversold and under-sealed. So I went to work on an install crew until I could do the job right myself, and I opened our shop here in Midland in 2013. What we're known for is simple. We seal the leaks in your attic before we add anything on top, because new insulation over open gaps just fights a draft.
Most of our calls come from homeowners, plus landlords and folks with shops and metal buildings. I care that you pay for what your house actually needs and nothing past that. I also care that the job is safe, so we look hard at gas appliances, old wiring and old insulation before anybody seals or sprays. I've done the install work myself, so when I price your job I'll tell you what your attic doesn't need before I tell you what it does. Foam costs more, and sealing the gaps and topping up blown-in, which is loose fill blown through a hose, usually wins unless your ductwork lives up there.

Your written estimate spells out each step, from sealing to repairs to insulation. That way you can set it beside anyone else's and see exactly where the two differ.
The person who sold it checks it
Our installers do the work, and I come back and check it before we call it finished. What you were sold is what ends up in your attic.
